    Rhodri combines extensive client facing work with his role running the business.

    He has substantial expertise working with blue chip corporates, consumer brands, and Government agencies, on UK and international campaigns. His experience covers consumer and business brand building, social media engagement, public behavioural change campaigns, issues management, and dealing effectively with crises.

    Clients experience includes Flip Video, Business Link, PayPal, Cargill, Visa, DTI and Sport England.

    Ruth Barker

    Associate Director

    Ruth represents the company’s global heart health brand Flora/Becel.

    She brings her experience of working across the consumer brand FMCG sector – from Unilever Personal Care (Sure for Women, Impulse, Timotei and Vaseline Intensive Care) to telecommunications brand O2 across their ‘Leadership, Music and Sport sponsorship’ programmes.

    She also has extensive in-house experience across the retail and arts sectors at Selfridges & Co, Victoria & Albert Museum and Artsworld Channels Ltd (SkyArts).

    Christopher Broadbent

    Non Executive Director

    Christopher’s background is in public relations and journalism. He is a non-executive director of Kaizo.

    He now works in the area of sustainability and climate change, running seminars on the subject for businesses in every sector. He also writes on sustainability issues and advises businesses on their journey to sustainability and achieving a low carbon operating model.

    He is well connected in the political, NGO and commercial spheres of climate change and has access to the most prominent thought leaders on the subject.

    Rosemary Brook

    Director

    Rosemary is recognised for her expert strategic counsel and as a leading specialist in issues management and crisis communications, advising companies on establishing, reviewing and testing their crisis management planning.

    Rosemary has directed national and international communications programmes for blue-chip companies principally in food, farming, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and rail transport.

    She is a hands-on driver of communications campaigns with a reputation for building long-term client relationships, in some cases over more than 20 years.

    Crispin Manners

    Director, Word of Mouth Communications

    Crispin has over 25 years PR experience advising organisations from FTSE 100 companies to global brands and start-ups.

    He is an industry thought-leader on how brands should use word-of-mouth techniques to drive sales and loyalty, and how Net Promoter Score can be used effectively with all audiences.

    He is a former chairman of PCRA and a Fellow of the CIPR.

    Stephanie MacLeod

    Director

    Steph has extensive experience across business-to-business and consumer PR. She specialises in developing creative integrated campaigns for clients ranging from Apple, Epson, HP and Samsung through to Flip Video, Getty Images, P&G and Tiger Beer.

    Her mixed portfolio has led to the development of a wide range of specialist skills spanning social media engagement, audience segmentation, event and sponsorship management and of course, good old fashioned media relations.
